Nourish Guide is designed so that normal use of the app does not require an account and does not send personal user information to Kaufmann. This policy explains what that means in practice.

01 · Information Collection

What we collect

We do not collect, log, sell, or store personal information through normal use of Nourish Guide. The app does not require registration, an account, or a personal profile.

02 · Application Data

App activity

Recipe browsing, saved favorites, filter choices, cooking progress, and similar in-app activity are intended to remain on your device where technically applicable. Kaufmann does not receive a personal copy of that activity through normal use.

03 · Location

Precise location

Nourish Guide does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

04 · Third Parties

Data sharing

Because we do not collect personal user data through normal use of the app, we do not share such data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or resale.

05 · Data Retention

We do not retain personal user data

No personal user data is retained by Kaufmann through normal use of Nourish Guide.

We do not maintain a server-side account database for Nourish Guide users and we do not keep personal profiles, usage histories, or saved recipe activity tied to an identifiable user. Information stored locally on your device is under your control and is not retained by Kaufmann.

06 · Data Deletion

Nothing server-side to delete

Because Kaufmann does not keep a personal-data account database for Nourish Guide, there is normally no server-side user profile that requires deletion.

You may remove locally stored app information by using available in-app controls where provided, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app. If you voluntarily contact Kaufmann by email and provide personal information in that correspondence, you may ask us to delete that correspondence where legally applicable.

07 · Website Data

This privacy page

This static privacy website does not include account creation, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or a contact form. Standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data necessary to serve the page.

08 · Security

Data minimization

By avoiding personal-data collection during normal use, Nourish Guide reduces the amount of user information exposed to server-side security risks. No system is perfectly secure, but data minimization remains our primary privacy approach.

09 · Children

Children's privacy

Nourish Guide is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since normal app use does not send personal data to Kaufmann, we do not build child user profiles.

10 · Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
